Wherever we work with you we inquire about additional needs, pronouns, and accessibility preferences before work begins.
We ensure all team members participate in ongoing training to deepen their understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion.
We conduct regular reviews and audits of our practices to ensure we meet our accessibility goals and adapt to the needs of our community.
We encourage feedback and ensure it can be shared anonymously, especially from underrepresented groups, to help us improve our services.
Accessibility information is readily available on our website to allow for easy reference.
In-Person Services and Events
We will always ask in advance about any accessibility needs and do our best to personalise any support you need at our events.
We will provide accessibility details for any venues we use, ensuring you’re well-informed before attending.
Our welcome materials include photos and accessibility information, such as parking, level access, and breakout spaces, along with team introductions so you know who will be supporting you.
Digital Services
Our web content is available in plain text formats to support e-readers, with alt text and captions for visual aids wherever possible.
We aim to provide materials in multiple formats—text, video, audio, captioned, and transcribed—to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
